Rebecca (“Becca”) Blaier joined the B’nai Israel team in May 2026 as Director of Operations. With a strong background in nonprofit program management and community engagement, she is passionate about building and bridging the Jewish community in meaningful and accessible ways. Raised in Marlboro, Becca is excited to support and strengthen Jewish communal life locally and beyond. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Kean University, with interests in education, advocacy, and combating antisemitism.
